National Youth Entrepreneurship Program is designed to resolve the issue of unemployment for the youth of Pakistan. It is a practical approach to design a career in business counseling, there is mandatory to introduce the concepts of entrepreneurship in society to achieve the specific goals with the prosperity of state because Entrepreneurship is the process of starting a business or other organization. The entrepreneur develops a business model, acquires the human and other required resources, and is fully responsible for its success and this success can resolve the issue of youth. On behalf of this consideration, Karachi Youths’ Federation decided to organize a national level competition among the universities, educational institutes and specifically for youth to make them empowered. The initialization of this program is from the economical hub of the state by the name of “National Youth Entrepreneurship Competition 2015”, where the students and youth are invited to present business ideas on minimum investment. There is dual beneficial program in the manners of promoting the business interest in youth as well as adjoining the business companies through Corporate Social Responsibility because CSR is a form of corporate self-regulation integrated into a business model. CSR policy functions as a self-regulatory mechanism whereby a business monitors and ensures its active compliance with the spirit of the law, ethical standards and international norms. With some models, a firm's implementation of CSR goes beyond compliance and engages in "actions that appear to further some social good, beyond the interests of the firm and that which is required by law. CSR aims to embrace responsibility for corporate actions and to encourage a positive impact on the environment and stakeholders including consumers, employees, investors, communities, and others.

National Youth Entrepreneurship Competition 2015 depends on three phases, in the first phase there will be organizing seminars to promote the concept of entrepreneurship and to encourage the youth to take part in this motivational activity. Initially twenty business and commerce institutes of Karachi will be targeted to collect more than 100 business proposals with different ideas of entrepreneurship and business start up. The second phase will be conducted after selecting approximate thirty best business and entrepreneurship ideas under the judgment of well knows businessman and these judges will finalize top ten ideas and first, second and third position holding ideas. In third and last phase, there will be organizing an award ceremony.
